This page explains how you can permanently delete your Humrah account and all associated personal data. Account deletion is final and cannot be reversed. Please read all the information below before making this decision.

Important Notice — This Action Cannot Be Undone

  • Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
  • All your personal data, profile, matches, and conversations will be permanently deleted.
  • You will lose access to all your connections, bookings, and activity history.
  • You cannot recover your account once deletion has been confirmed.

Method 1 — Delete via the App

Open the Humrah app

Launch the app on your device and ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.

Go to Profile → Scroll down

Tap on your Profile icon, then scroll to the bottom of the Profile page.

Tap "Delete Account"

Find and tap the "Delete Account" option at the very bottom of the Profile page.

Read the warning message

A warning screen will appear outlining everything that will be permanently deleted. Review it carefully before proceeding.

Confirm deletion using your password

Enter your account password to verify your identity, then tap "Confirm Delete" to complete the request.

ℹ️ Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion and immediately deactivated. You will be logged out automatically and will no longer be visible to other users.

Method 2 — Request Deletion via Email

Use this if you cannot access the app

Send an email to support@humrah.in

Compose an email from your registered email address to support@humrah.in.

Use the subject: "Account Deletion Request"

Set the email subject line exactly as: Account Deletion Request

Include your registered email or phone number

In the email body, state the email address or phone number linked to your Humrah account.

Include your name for verification

Provide your full name as registered on Humrah to assist with identity verification.

What happens after you confirm deletion

Within 24 hours

Account deactivated

Your account is immediately deactivated and no longer visible to other users on the platform. You will be logged out automatically.

Within 7 days

Data permanently deleted

All your personal data, profile information, messages, and associated records are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
